Perovskite solar panel claims 19.4% efficiency from GCL

Chineses manufacturers increased Perovskite solar efficiency from 18.4% to 19.4% in the previous 18 months. Size of panels is 2,005 mm x 1,005 X 40mm weight of 34 kg.

GCL group of solar panels which specializes in research production of perovskite solar cells and panels. Has received power conversion efficiency 19.4 % for single junction.

The group received a certification for large sized perovskite modules, and leadership position globally, company said the perovskite solar reached 26.36% efficiency.

In the past november 2023 perovskite efficiency was 18.08% and certified by china national institute of metrology. And weight was 2,005 mm x 1,005 x 35 mm and a weight of 34 kg.
